The Akrapovic Kawasaki Ninja 400 Carbon Slip On is designed to be used with their Akrapovic Kawasaki Ninja 400 Stainless Steel Header for riders who want a full exhaust system. As with all Akrapovic Exhaust the quality and fit of this header is absolutely top shelf. This header has a larger diameter than the OEM header and will accept the 12mm OEM exhaust sensor or the larger 14mm sensor if you intend to use an aftermarket sensor for tuning purposes.

Perfect fit for my 2023 ninja 400. Looks and sounds great even with the silencer still installed imo. Also the red Akrapovic logo didn't match the look of the rest of my bike, but it came off with no problem.

DB killer was hard to remove
DB killer was really hard to remove, I had to detached the slip on exhaust after I had installed it and the hit the db killer from the inside to pop it out and then reinstall it back on.

2023 Ninja 400 ABS KRT (Pearl Blizzard)
Install is super easy. The exhaust is well packaged and contained all items. Looks great and sounds great. Shipping was fast. My only reason for 4 stars and not 5 is because the Torx clamp bolt head started to strip before I could achieve final torque, and such a light torque at that. Not my tools, I have Snap On bits, not a big deal, bolt should be easily replaced, just annoying. Expensive, but completely happy with purchase and would recommend.

SBT is great with shipping. Easy install with great video instructions included on the website. Sounds aggressive but not too loud.

Surprised
Honestly I’m surprised with the difference it made in my 2022 ninja 400 performance! It sounds and looks awesome and is easy to install. Also a decent price better than some not as low as others but worth the $ spent.

This exhaust did the trick. Nice performance along with nice sound with the db killer. Got my part super fast!
