Akrapovic Kawasaki V-Strom 650 17-21 Titanium Racing Full Exhaust System

I hate shopping online for anything but my STG online shopping experience was one of the better experiences I've had with E-commerce. The STG shopping interface was extremely user friendly, intuitive, informative, and fast. Furthermore, STG had the best price i could find by a few hundred dollars. I ordered an Akrapovic racing exhaust for my 2017 V-Strom DL650XA. The order shipped the next day and arrived only three days after ordering. The packaging was sufficient without being wasteful or obnoxious. Everything was snug inside a sturdy box with miminimal room for shifting around in transit. The most delicate piece, the muffler portion, was encased in a nice Styrofoam shell within the box. The other pipes and hardware were positioned around the muffler, and were thoroughly wrapped in bubble-wrap and tape. The system came with standard warranty paperwork, a packing slip, and EXCELLENT instructions which included detailed pictures. The instructions came in like 6 languages, with a separate manual just for English. I'm a moderately capable self taught mechanic as I do all of my own routine maintenance besides things like complex internals combustion parts that are replaced when essentially rebuilding an engine. This installation only took me about 50 minutes with extremely basic hand tools. The exhaust sounds incredible. Additionally, it is incredibly light weight compared to the stock system. I removed the baffle for offroad applications so I don't know what it sounds like with the "DB killer," and now I probably never will because I'm absolutely infatuated with the low throaty roar it makes without it. It sounds almost like a dirt bike mixed with a sportbike. It even "crackles and pops" sometimes when engine braking. I use a Sena headset when riding and music, phone calls, etc are still easily audible when the visor is closed. There is no drone, rattle, or weird vibration. My only complaint, and it's very nitpicky, is that I noticed a strange sound of something probably the size of a grain of sand or smaller, rolling around in my muffler when handling it inside a silent room. I couldn't see anything out of the ordinary when using a flash light and it sounds perfect installed, but it was slightly concerning at first.
