It is finished with a carbon-fibre endcap to improve looks and features a new conical muffler design that fits perfectly within the lines of the bike. The Slip-On Line (Titanium) delivers a louder, deeper, and even crisper sound.
Simple plug-and-play installation, with no remapping needed, makes this an easy performance upgrade for the Z900.

Z900 Slip On Exhaust
Very easy installation. Looks vastly better than the OEM exhaust - less weight than the OEM exhaust - deeper, throatier sound than OEM. Highly recommend!

Exhaust came quickly and in perfect shape. Instructions were easy to read. I installed at the same time as the optional head pipe so I didn't need some of the fittings for the slip on. Sounds amazing, looks great. Very happy with the company.

What can i say, the brand talk for itself, i had a sr1 two brother's before then this one, i like the way that sound but i find a problem myself whe i change the heathers, i use the Akrapovic heather and the sr1 didn't fit right.

Akra shorty slip-on
The good: the slip-on looks really good on the bike, it’s light (titanium), high quality, and super easy installation. The bad: it’s not akrapovics fault but any slip-on for the z900 sounds anemic. For the price of this slip i was expecting a little more than stock noise. The exhaust sound is a touch deeper but not louder at all. It sounds stock. I ended up purchasing the akra headers to get rid of the catalytic converter and the breadbox underneath. Huge difference in exhaust note.

This slip-on from Akrapovic for the 2017 z900 is one of the best mufflers money can buy. In my opinion it sounds better than most other slip-ons available. This one is slightly louder than the other style muffler that is available for the z900. This one has no db killer and is unrestricted. This slip on pairs nicely with the optional headers. Good power gains when it is used with the optional headers.
