Tight fit - but brand new so probably need to be broken in.

This is maybe my 4th pair of Alpinestars gloves in my 2 decades of riding. My hand, by measurements is just about 8in. around so the size chart indicated for me to be a Small, which I ordered (same size as in the past really) - it arrived literally, next day but I'm in Chicago so only a state over. Still, super fast shipping! I tried them on, they are TIGHT but I would assume because the leather needs to be broken in a bit, other than that.. the only gripe is my pinky fingers are like a whole cm away from the tip and it's more of a slight annoyance than anything. Still, happy with the glove so I doubt they'll be returned. They're currently replacing (or being added to) my still current A* SMX-1 Air V2 gloves I've been using for the past 4-5 years.

    Best Bang For Your Buck

I was looking for a short waterproof and warm glove for those early spring and late fall rides, I'm not really winter rider. But living in the Pacific Northwest it can get cold fast and rain is always something that could happen. So far I've used this glove into the low 40's with no problem and even went through some light rain off and on during a 4 hour ride. My hands never got cold or wet which is all I could as from these. Sizing wise they are typical Alpinestars for me so I'm in a 2XL.
