The NUCLEON KR-Ci Chest Insert Protectors are designed to fit in the integrated chest armor pockets in Alpinestars Men's Race Suits and Riding Jackets. They replace the foam padding found in the pockets with a CE Certified protector to enhanced the level of safety and performance. They are very lightweight, ventilated (very little affect to the airflow if you race suit or jacket is perforated) and constructed of a material that becomes more comfortable as it warms with wear. This is an excellent addition to any Alpinestars Suit or Jacket if protection is important to you as a motorcycle rider.

Perfect upgrade!
Fits my A*Stars track suit and both the perfed leather and text jackets. It's better to upgrade before an accident then wish you did after the fact. Been wanting and waiting, finally decided to pull the trigger. Picked up the Lg and it fits the pockets spot on.

Good add-on for an A* Atem suit
I just recently bought an A* Atem suit (52/42) and the chest inserts that come with it are pretty flimsy. I bought the larger size inserts and they fit perfectly in the pockets. I'm not going to ditch my Knox chest protector just yet, but this was an easy and cheap upgrade to maybe make the suit a little safer.

Even more protection...
I purchased the Alpinestars Nucleon KR-Ci chest Inserts to go along with my new Alpinestars Jaws Perforated leather jacket. Easy to remove the original foam chest protector inserts and install these. Very nice and noticeable difference in the amount of protection these pads offer but they did not take up any more room in jacket, the Jacket still fit just fine.

replaced the bionic chest pads with these. what I like about these is the conform to you chest. while you feel them in there you don't have pressure points with them as you do with the bionic version
