    Sector boot review

These boots are very sleek and well constructed. A tad on narrow side but not enough to be overly worried, otherwise length is true to size.

    Overall a nice shoe

Posted by Michael on 9th Jun 2021

Was looking for something a little more breathable on the street bike for daily use. Would suggest wearing them in for a day walking around but the grip on the pegs aswell as the air that freely flows through the shoe is great. Strong shoe, just concerned how long their life will be.

    ALPINESTARS SEKTOR VENTED RIDING SHOES

Posted by Eric R on 10th May 2021

This is a good comfortable shoe that is not too stiff to walk in. From a sizing view, learn what your euro size is and go by that. I'm a size 42 euro, or a size 8.5 in US. The Sector 8.5 is a euro 41 which is way too small. The 9.5 is a euro 42.5, and that's the size I went with. The 9 is supposed to be a 42. They vent well enough and look pretty good on and off the bike.

    Nice riding shoes/boots

Posted by Chris on 9th Mar 2021

I usually wear size 9 or 9.5 depending on style and/or brand. I ordered size 9 and they fit me good, but are little bit slim on the width especially towards the toe area. I think they will break in when I start using them more.

    Comfort with CE protection.

Comfortable motorcycle boots without sacrificing protection. Easy to walk on off the motorcycle. Perfect for when you need better protection the regular shoes without having full race boots on.

    Solid Riding Shoe

Posted by Jack on 13th Jun 2019

These are great riding shoes that double as casual sneakers. On the bike: They're comfortable and confidence-inspiring. The low profile and articulation allow you to select gears and hit the rear brake with ease. The top of the toe box has a decent amount of additional material to prevent premature wear from shifting. I am extremely impressed by the venting - these puppies really pull air through! Compared to race-style boots I've owned, these feel twice or even three times cooler when bounding down the road 40+ mph. The ankle support is adequate for a low-to-mid cut shoe and the steel shank gives you extra peace of mind. The toe sliders are not replaceable so, if you're planning to go full send, make sue you keep those feet back on the pegs or just wear your race boots! Off the bike: These aren't AS comfortable as a regular pair of sneakers, but for the protection level that shouldn't be the expectation. They are narrow, so if you have wide feet, you may want to consider a shoe that's offered in wider sizes. I usually wear a 10.5 which is what I ordered and they were quite snug but broke in a bit. Walking and standing is not what these shoes were made for, but they get the job done just fine. Overall: I like these shoes because they have precision and protection (CE level 2) for riding, but I can also wear them around the office when I commute to work on the bike. In the black/white color scheme, they're understated and will match with most any outfit. Would certainly recommend for daily riders who need a pair of shoes that offer protection and style versitility.
