This is my 2nd pair of SMX boots, exceptional quality, safety, and comfort. Wore out the 1st pair after 10 yrs of track use. Tried a different(less expensive) brand but they lacked the comfort and quality of the Astars. Sometimes its better to stay with what works best for you, no matter the cost. These New SMX-6 boots are an improvement over the previous version. I wear a size 10-US, the EU-44 fits perfect!

Alphinestars smith 6 v2 vented boots
Very comfortable, good venting. Very pleased with them. I wear a 12 1/2 US shoe. I needed a EU 46 boot size.

Comfortable & Vent Well!
Nice Boots, I wear 8.5, size 9 fits well. Fast Break In if Any! I wore them 6+ hours, I also worked out while wearing them cardio/weights, they were very flexible & no soreness or blister. Very comfortable while riding, good feedback when using shifter or brake pedal

Nice boots!
Used them on a range so far, with low speeds, temperatures in low 60s, and wearing moderately thick socks their ventilation was really surprisingly sufficient, and all that in smx6 protection! Glad with my choice

I am very happy with the boots, very comfortable. i had to wear then for a hour to get the fit for my foot. They vent well and spent a whole day on the track and the performed well. I would have no problem recommending them.

Great quality, but.....
My 2 issues here are: the sizing chart is always off for anything Euro. I am an American size 12 on every shoe I wear with normal width. I am 47 on SIDI (not all models), Alpinestars maybe a 48 and Style Martins a 46. What is up with that??? These boots are great quality and construction, but hard as rock and run small for me. On advice from STG and video review, I ordered the 45 Euro, too tight, then the 46 Euro, still tight, and I gave up with Astars. I went to Sidi ST Air Boots (upper scale boots) to try my luck. We'll see in 2 weeks when I get those, crossing finger, but not holding my breath. Those tiny feet Europeans don't know sasquatch foot size Gringo's. ;-)

Outstanding
If you have wider feet, aStars is perfection. The exact opposite of SIDI, which in addition of being tighter than a boa restrictor, fell apart with both soles separating in one year. 2 sets of aStars, this and a More expensive dedicated track pair, and they are the most comfortable boots there is.
