• My Son Max is 5' 1" tall, weighs 95lbs with an average slim build. In the video and picture in this listing Max is wearing a size 150 in the Alpinestars Youth GP Plus Cup Suit with an undersuit and back protector on underneath. The 150 fits him well now with a little extra room to grow so he could use it for another season. When fitting a yout race suit it is important to get a fit that is a leaves a little room to grow when they first use it if you expect them to use it for more than one season. There needs to be a blanace of "room to grow" and proper fit when your child first wears the suit. If you begin with too much "room to grow" the suit will be too loose which could reduce the protection it offers in the event of a crash. I also suggest using additional armor to help fill out the suit when it is new (proper back protector, chest protector, padded under shorts etc...) - Brian Van
