Max vision Pinlock visor
During the colder mornings, my regular clear shield would fog regularly. I heard good things about this shield system so I gave it a try. First day using it I rode through a good batch of fog and my shield fogged up of course. It wasn't on the inside just condensation on the outside. A quick wipe with my glove and it was gone. At stop lights with my shield down and no airflow it was all clear, unlike my previous flat clear shield. Now for my con: with the Pinlock insert in, the shield does not sit all the way down and locked like the flat shields due to the thicker material at the rubber seal. I noticed some wind noise and felt a little more airflow on the face more than usual. I attribute this due to the fact that the Corsair V wasn't designed with this shield system in use. I've tried on the new X helmet and the shield locks and seals tight. Overall I can definitely live with this slight problem since it won't fog on me riding into work on those chilly Michigan mornings.
