Barnett tempered steel drive plates go through a vibratory deburring process and then are quality checked for flatness to provide optimum performance. Heavy duty Barnett clutch springs are pre-set, shot-peened, and heat treated for performance and durability.

Buy OEM clutch
I thought Barnett clutches were high quality. But this clutch kit compared to a stock one just looks cheap. I'm not even putting it in my bike, I've ordered a oem replacement clutch. I should have known it wasn't good when the box has grease prints on where someone else had returned it already. I let the plates soak in oil thinking maybe the pads were just dry but it didn't improve. I wish I wasn't out 168 dollars just to order an oem clutch.
