Competition Werkes Yamaha YZF-R1 15-24 GP Race Slip-On Exhaust

The welds on the exhaust are very nice and clean. They give you all parts necessary to put exhaust on. The sound is amazing it’s a loud lower growl sound. I gave it a 4 stars because in the picture shown you see the brand riveted on the exhaust but on mines it’s just a sticker. When I purchased the exhaust from STG they gave me a call and stated that they will put the order in directly to Competition Werkes USA and have them ship it out from their facility so it would be a faster processes. STG said it might take about 6 weeks to get exhaust but it only took 2 weeks and a day. Definitely worth the money for sure, totally recommend.

It's true what the others say. It's LOUD in a very awesome way lol. STG guys are very helpful and always awesome to deal with. They say what they do and do what they say. Always keeping you as a customer informed with the entire transaction. I have ordered other part form other websites, but nothing compared to these guys so far. Price is good and it sounds amazing. AWESOME!!!

First off I would like to say STG does what they say, I found this exhaust cheaper and STG price matched, no problem. As for the exhaust, it was shipped straight from the factory and packaged extremely well. I was between this exhaust and the Austin Racing, went with the Werks for two reason. First the cost, $400ish cheaper, second the welds, they are beautiful in person. The install was straight forward and fitment was great. As for the sound, this exhaust is loud, I mean loud. The note is deep and sounds amazing. The only reason I did not give 5 Stars was in the picture the "Werks USA" plate appears to be riveted on which, led me to believe it is metal. When my exhaust arrived it did not have a metal plate but a Werks decal. The decal looks a bit cheap compared to the quality of the exhaust as a whole. With that said the exhaust looks great and sounds amazing, should have done this sooner. On a side note I matched the exhaust with a Power Commander V using the Austin Racing map, runs strong!

The first thing you notice when you open the box is wow, this exhaust comes packed extremely well. 29 minutes of ripping later all the bubble rap is off and you get a glimpse at the beautiful welds on this exhaust system. The fit and finish is awesome. Super easy install on my 2015 r1. If your looking for the loudest exhaust you can get this is more then likely it!
