    Amazing jacket

Posted by James on 25th Mar 2021

This jacket hands down is way better then anything I have owned. I use to have an icon and this one puts is to same and the price is great. You get so much out of this for the price. I I also ride in the 40 degrees range and up with a long sleeve heat gear thermal work greats. Love the product I always recommend cortech products and stg for anything bike related

Fits much the same as my previous Cortech Jackets. External armor on the shoulder is a nice touch. Very happy with the purchase. The jacket is a size Medium - I'm 5'6", 175 pounds, with a 36 -37" waist.

    Great 3-season jacket!

Posted by Mike P. on 25th Nov 2020

The video provided by STG for the Hyper-Flo Air jacket is spot-on! I'm similar in size to Brian (6'-0" tall, 200 lbs, 34" waist) and found the size L to be perfect. As Brian states in the video, the Hyper-Flo Air is a 3-season jacket. There's enough extra room in the jacket to allow for a sweatshirt to be worn, if needed. I've worn this jacket in 45 degree weather and was comfortable. The Hyper-Flo design is a bit of double-edged sword, however, as one thing that you do notice when riding in colder air is that the arms do pass a bit of air through them. Once I can figure out a way to provide extra arm insulation (maybe the arm warmers used by bicycle roadracers?) I think that this jacket might be good down to an honest 40 degrees. Also, I highly recommend the upgraded SaS Cortech back armor - when you compare it to the supplied piece of foam, you'll see that there's no comparison - worth the extra $$$$'s IMHO.
