Cox Racing Radiator Guards are engineered so they are manufactured without welding. Frames are cut from a sheet of .060 5051 aluminum. The screen is .034 expanded aluminum. Then they hard anodize every one for a chip-free, tough finish! To mount this guard, Zip tie it to the upper radiator straps and bolt to the lower radiator mount using the existing fastener.

Effective.
I know this thing has saved my radiator some abuse, and potential leaks. It's cheap insurance really, and if it saves me a leak on a race weekend it's well worth it.
