    Well worth it

Posted by Zach Stroud on 3rd Jul 2019

Grips came in super fast from STG and well packaged. These grips are beautiful in person (I went with red). Getting the throttle side grip on was pretty difficult. Had to be patient with it and just push it on little by little. Reccomend having someone else to help so you can trade off holding the bike and getting the grips on (my hands were pretty worn after getting the throttle side on.) But looking at them on the bike after, it was well worth it. They look amaing, feel 10x better then stock grips and the vibration is significantly less with these grips on. Thanks guys.

easy instalation and reduce the vibrations. en mi GSXR 750 2014 fue fácil quitar los de stock y colocar estos Driven en ambos clips. instalé grips y bar ends Driven que ha sido el mejor acierto, pues han reducido considerablemente las vibraciones, el manejo se ha vuelto una delicia. LOS RECOMIENDO AMPLIAMENTE

    Not an easy installation

Posted by Steven B on 19th Dec 2018

Hello! I own a 2018 Suzuki SV650 ABS. If you have a 2017 or 2018 SV650, please PAY ATTENTION. I had no issue with the clutch side grip. Easy peasy! The throttle side is a different animal. The stock throttle tube has ridges and a lip/ridge on the end. Due to this lip/ridge, you will not be able to get the metal collar from the D-Axis grips over the stock lip/ridge. You will need to trim the stock throttle tube lip/ridge all the way down to circumference of the throttle tube. Due to the ridges on the throttle tube, it takes some effort to get the new grip on. My thanks to Tony from STG that worked with me and Driven to facilitate a solution. I've given this 3 stars because it is not easy and it requires some elbow grease. Lastly, getting the stock grips off on the throttle side is not easy because of the ridges on the tube and the lips/ridges on both sides. It was easier to cut the grip off. Hope this helps!

A 2 person job for me

A real pain in the butt to get on but well worth it after they're set. Had to have my buddy on the opposite side of the bike to counter my pushing for the throttle side.Coupled these with an 05 r6 throttle tube for the ninja 400.

Nice grips. Not overly large in diameter. Very good traction for gloves. No cutting required.

I have the D-axis grips in red, the color on these are really beautiful and with the red Driven Racing bar ends man just amazing. You won’t be sorry picking these grips up and get your self some of that grip glue too.

    Race Grips

Posted by Matthew Birdsall on 23rd Mar 2018

Ordered these for an RC390 track bike. Put them over a G2 Quick Turn throttle tube. Fit was right and installation was easy. Put a few hundred miles on and everything is shaking out nicely. The reason this grip was purchases was the lack of rubber spacer many grips have on the inside, those can catch on the ignition housing where these won't. If you are looking for that particular type of configuration try these out.
