The Halo bar end mirror is machined out of a solid block or 6061 T6 aluminum using 3D machining to create our best looking and working mirror to date.

We used a blue tinted anti-glare mirror. We positioned it in an attractive cnc machined housing, then using a stainless steel ball and cup system which allows the mirror to adjust infinitely to achieve the best viewing angle and to fit the bike style and the riders ergonomics. The mirror can also flip in while negotiating heavy traffic.

Using our new wedge system this bar end mirror will fit most bikes with hollow bars. Other adapters for other bikes are available and are sold separately.

Please Note: Mirrors sold individually, Bar end only mirrors are black only

Fitment Information:

  • These bar ends are a direct fit for most aftermarket clip ons with hollow 7/8" bars. (Driven, Woodcraft, Vortex, Apex)
  • If your bike has an M8 threaded hole (like some Kawasaki) you will need to order part number DBEW-ADP8 which is a reducer from an M8 to an M6 (sold separately).
  • BMW S1000RR and BMW S1000R will need part number DBEW-ADP-BMW (sold separately).
  • All Ducati Panigale bikes will need part number DBEW-ADP-DUC (sold separately).
  • If you are installing into aluminum bars with an ID 13.5mm - 15.5mm please order part number DBEW-ADP (sold separately).
  • Adapter to fit Yamaha FZ models where the bars are shorter than the grip. DBEW-ADP-FZ (Set of two) Finish: Raw (sold separately).
  • We recommend you remove your stock bar ends and inspect the bar ID and design before ordering if you are unsure of what you need to complete the install. As always Team STG is available to answer any question.

Notes for installation on a 2018 Ninja 400

Posted by Rafael G on 12th Apr 2020

First, you will need the M6-to-M8 thread adapters because the 400's stock bars are internally threaded M8, and the socket head cap screws that come with this kit are M6. The cap screws that come with this kit are also partial thread (PT), as in there is about 10mm of the screw from the head down that is just a smooth barrel. This smooth 'neck' part pushes the screw's threads too far down and overshoots the stock bar's internal threads, thus there won't be enough male-to-female screw surfaces working together for a secure fit. You can get yourself some full thread (FT) M6-1.0 socket head cap screws from a hardware store, or you can use the OEM fasteners that hold the 400's stock mirrors because those are in fact full thread M6-1.0 socket button cap screws. Just like what Brian says, I recommend using just a little bit of blue thread locker between the OEM cap screws and the M6-to-M8 adapters, and also a little bit on the adapter threads themselves before you screw it into the bar. Try not put more than a tiny bit because the tolerances are tight, and excess thread locker gets squeezed out which kinda makes a mess. It's gonna be a tight fit because of residual thread locker in the internal threads of the bar from the stock bar end weights, but work slowly and smoothly until you get the mirror flush and torqued down (about 5-7 ft-lbs). After letting everything set overnight, I went on a ride around town and through the canyon. I did not notice any vibrations in the mirror, had adequate field-of-view, and the mirror didn't move from the orientation I adjusted them in before I set off. NOTE: I also bought and installed the Driven brake lever guard on my bike, and the tips in this review also apply to that kit.

    Amazing difference

Posted by Ralph Minas on 17th Jan 2019

I purchased a pair for my '17 R3. What a HUGE improvement over stock. Perfect fit (Thanks Brian for the Vid to remove the stock bar ends) Perfect vision behind you multi adjustable and built like a tank. No vibration AT ALL. This is not only a great cosmetic enhancement but a huge safety improvement. I should have done this months ago. I removed the stock mirrors and bought the Driven mirror block offs.. It looks amazing, Thanks STG.

    I Can See!

Posted by Unknown on 5th Nov 2016

I own a Yamaha R3 and I bought the Driven Halo for my left side handle bar because I cannot see at all behind me with the Yamaha factory mirrors as they don't extend far enough and cant see past the point of my shoulders. One of the complaints about this bike from many owners. I purchased this mirror in hopes that it would fix the lack of visibility behind me. It does! Mirror works great! I did keep the factory mirrors on as well - so I have those angled to help with blind spots and the Halo mirror angled so I can see behind me. Literally no vibration in view. Very east to install.
