EBC Yamaha YZF600R 97-06 EPFA Road Race Front Brake Pads

I have used EBC standard double H sintered pads for years and they have been great. This year, as my riding skills have increased, I wanted to try some new pads for a little more bite. These were just the ticket. They have a little more initial bite but not crazy amount. They still have a progressive feel to the lever but a little less pressure. Riding in the mountains this past week the pads performed perfectly. I spoke with a tech at the EBC factory and he assured me they would have the same life expectancy and the double H and would require no more or less heat in the pads to work correctly. That was certainly my experience riding in 50 degree weather. If your looking for an upgrade for an aggressive street pad these will fit the bill.
