To eliminate the stress on rotors that occurs from stamped manufacturing the Galfer Wave rotors are laser cut for precision performance and feel.
To ensure that you are receiving only the highest quality, Galfer tests their Wave rotors using their COSMOS analyzing system.

The rotors are as ordered and arrived in perfect condition. I did however want to mention that the packaging was barely adequate. The outer box was fine, no signs of being crushed or miss handled but there was nothing inside to prevent the rotors from breaking out of the Galfer package that clearly was not made for shipping. Both rotors tore the ends of the Galfer package and slid around inside the outer shipping box but there was enough material to keep them from touching. While my order was fine, the next customer might not be as fortunate. Thank you for the easy order method and fast shipping.
