Graves Motorsports Universal EXUP Eliminator is a simple plug-and-play application that allows the removal of the EXUP valve and motor without setting the "Check Engine light" being activated when using a full racing exhaust. Furthers the weight savings after EXUP removal and allows for a cleaner appearance. It will eliminate error codes 17 & 18.
Fitment: Yamaha R6 2006-2016, R1 2002-2003 + 2007-2008, R1 / R1M / R1S 2015-2020, FZ1 2006-2016, WR250 2008-2020 and VMax 2009-2016

OEM Like fitment
Considering this is the same unit sold by Yamaha corporate just for an extra 10 bucks from what ive seen. Id expect nothing less but perfection. good qaulity and zero issues with it. definently recommend.

Doesn't work on 2020 model R1 and newer
Everything was fine for about 3 sessions, then check engine light came on. Reviewed trouble code and found "EXUP servo motor sensor degradation" code. Cleared and the light came back on the very next session. No-go for 2020 and newer models with the more sophisticated ECU :(

Right on time
The estimated lead time was on point. This is an integral part of my build and the reliability of STG made this an easy purchase. Came as expected and cant wait to install.
