This thing sounds FANTASTIC but it's simply too loud to be around people without the baffle installed, do yourself a favor and order one if you will be riding anywhere around other people. That said, this is a fantastic exhaust and an install tip, use some high temp anti-seeze between the midpipe and silencer - the fit was too tight on mine without it and I struggled for a half hour before going that route, with great results.

Great sound, if you’re thinking about it.. freaking do it.

On my ninja 400 with the db killer in, the hindle slip on is absolutely perfect. I wanted something with a deep tone that wasn’t ridiculously loud inside the helmet but still noticeable, and that’s what I got. Without db killer it sounds really great, but it’s LOUD! I’ve done canyons, freeway, around the neighborhood with db killer in and it’s not obnoxious at all. Super happy with this slip on, def recommend.

I was doing some research on the slip on system I wanted to purchase for my bike. Most of them made it sound a little too raspy and high pitch, neither of those tones appeals to me. I remember watching the clip on STG and I was like f*ck yeah! I want this system. I decided to get the silencer with this system and even with that it sounds nucking futs. Can't wait to take it for a spin tomorrow, I'll definitely be smiling from cheek to cheek.

I am so happy with this slip on. Other reviews said it is a lot louder in person, and yes it is! It sounds freaking awesome, and looks great on my red/black Ninja 400. The install was super easy with the help of Brian’s step by step tutorial. I compared several slip-ons before landing on the Hindle Evo Megaphone, and I’m so happy that I picked it!

Unbelievable value for the money. No regrets

Wow the bike has come alive now sounds like a Ninja, it also helped the motor improve in 3 key area. The idle is smoother and the midrange seems to have a little more kick still breaking in so back down to under 6500 for awhile. When i pull up at the lights now people look and laugh and give me the thumbs up now. Awesome sound more then i expected a nice deep throaty sound . Thank You Hindle Your pipes ROCK ! But i knew that that's why they were my 1st choice .
