Throaty and Compact
This is a huge aesthetic improvement over the stock exhaust. The fit and finish are 100% perfect. I was initially apprehensive it would be too "leaf blower-y" but it's not. It has the perfect mix of deep rumble and trebly rev sounds. I do recommend purchasing the dB killer, I spoke to a gentleman at Hotbodies and he reassured me that it doesn't really kill volume, but it's desirable in small displacement engines like the 400 for backpressure. The volume is loud but not obnoxious, like an exhaust SHOULD be. Be aware that without the baffle installed, it's just an open pipe. IMO this sounds and looks better than slip ons 2-3 times the price. Made in Italy, so you know it's right.
