A little too big, if you are slim
I'm a small dude at 5-foot-7, with a 38" chest and 30" waist. The SM-MD vest was too large for me, even with all the velcro cinched down, so I had to return it after trying it on around the house. However, I can attest to the very good quality and workmanship of the of the vest.
