I’ve had this vest for about a month and wear it daily. Very comfortable underneath my Icon textile jacket, and easy to use. I hope I never need it to go off! The $12/mo subscription isn’t bad considering the product and initial cost. I know a lot of people complain about the monthly charge, but for SW updates and knowing your safety gear is in contact with its manufacturer I would definitely recommend it.

If want to buy this for racing, don't bother. Track mode is not available for racers in the US with no estimated time from In&Motion.

This versus the current Dianese, Alpinestars Tech5 and the tether systems from other companies; finally makes sense to me. Not a massive fan of the subscription system for the App to activate and control it but don't hate it either. It is comfortable. Scan the tag inside the hidden pocket inside of the vest to link to the app, not the back of the computer module. It is comfortable, does block some airflow from the mesh jacket. I've ridden up to 98F now, not unliveable. The piece of mind with this one is impossible to describe; I ride with purpose but I'm just as careful about being safe with riding and with my gear I wear. This really made sense to me, the price of admission even over 3 years makes sense. I have zero buyer remorse.
