It's simple but it works. I like the quality of M4 exhaust. I am running this slop on in a GSX-S1000 with no muffler box/catalytic on the bike and the sound with the provided DB killer is great. Mounting points aligns with bike and even provides the option to mount the OEM suzuki exhaust shield.
