good oil
i have used this stuff for years on my 06 gsxr750 track bike. it has 12000 miles 7000 on the track and i never had a problem.I can't see spending twice as much for synthetic when you have to change your oil every 3-4 track days.i have no problem with clutch slipping and shifting gears is smooth.

good standard oil
as a track day rider i change my oil every 3rd or 4th day. i can not see spending 3 times the amount on synthetic oil..i have been using it in my 2006 gsxr 750 for the last 7 years about 12 track days a year, the bike still runs strong with no loss of power , no clutch slip , and clean shifts. the bike is stock with the original clutch.
