    Michelin power cup 2

I have a KTM 1290 superduke and I have been using Dunlop Q3+ tires for a while. The Michelin power cups grip a lot better and seem to last longer. We went to COTA for a track day and by the end of the day the tires had very little wear. I will get quite a few more track days out of these compared to the Q3+. They grip well in the corners, and I never had any pucker moments either. Thanks STG for the fast and free shipping. Keep up the good work.

    Very Happy

Posted by Matthew on 21st Jun 2021

I've ran RS, GP and Cup2 now. 190 size Tuono V4 2019 did 1 track day and 2800miles on street with pretty aggressive riding. laying black lines everywhere. the rear tire is down to full slick now, barely tell it had rain groves, front still ~50%+ life/thread left. 33F/24R Hot track. 36F/38R Hot street Going to a 200 now, see if it lasts longer...

Tire worked great, I ran a 3 day event at Barber Motorsports part. The tire gave great feel and grip in the corners.

    Cup 2 Mileage Update

Posted by Azmi Jawed on 12th Mar 2021

Just a follow up on mileage until hitting the wear bars. On a 2012 Ducati 1199s Tricolore riding the weekend twisties I got 1500 miles!! I have only ever gotten 1000 miles with other tires with this grip level. This puts this tire at the top of my list for my riding style especially when you consider the value.

    Cup 2

Posted by Oz on 24th Dec 2020

Front tire is very linear in behavior. Stable while upright and confidence inspiring at all lean angles. Grip more than what i can use on the street / twisties. Trail braking with ease. Slightly slow when doing switch backs but that's comparing a sharper profile tire. No more twitchy feeling on the nose. Rear tire grips in all circumstances. Can exit smoothly if needed or can handled a late corner with a squared exit with full throttle application. Used cold pressures of 30.5 psi front and 22.0 psi rear. Tires when cold feel digital but warm up quickly and then communicate a feeling of confidence and grip.

    Superior Tires

Posted by John on 14th Oct 2020

Look no further. These tires do exactly what they were designed to do. Not some, not a little, ALL! If you want to gain confidence in your tires, these are the ones you need. The feedback, the grip the unbelievable grip...just wow! I highly recommend CUP2s

    outstanding grip

Posted by lamar on 23rd Jun 2020

I purchased these tires to replace my worn out power gp tires which are also great. On the street they actually heat up pretty quick.2 days at the track expert pace no tire warms the front felt very solid under hard braking.pushed them extremly hard and finally the rear started to give alittle on turn exits. Tires wore great and still have life left. I ran 30 to 32 rear 35 front hot bike is a 17 gsxr1000r 190whp . If you want grip of a slick with out needing tire warmers this is the tire to go with.
