The Pirelli Angel GT Tires are Certified by the authoritative independent body, Motorrad TestCenter, as the tire with the highest mileage in its segment, the most recent addition to the Pirelli family, the Angel GT Sport Touring Tire, boasts a sports pedigree typical of Pirelli products and high performance on dry roads as well as wet for the entire life cycle of the tire.

Compared to its predecessor, the Angel GT increases mileage by 30%, reduces the braking distance by about 1 meter (at a speed of 47 mph), also improving grip and handling in the wet, and, even more importantly, manages to maintain these characteristics at a high level over time.

And so, with the name it chose for this product Pirelli decided to maintain a clear connection to the winning tire, highlighting the evolution toward a product dedicated to long distances which maintains the typical sport spirit of Pirelli with the abbreviation GT. This is why Angel GT is 100% Italian Gran Turismo, an ideal tire for those riders who travel long distances with a passenger and the bike fully loaded, or who simply take a ride in the country, but also for those who use their bikes all year round, both for recreation and commuting.

  • Tread contact area designed to improve mileage
  • Innovative profile and new structure which decrease the stress the compounds are subjected to
  • Rear made of a dual blend compound with cap and base technology which allows the compactness and stability to be improved
  • 100% silica formula
  • Extended Mileage Sport (EMS) - best in class for mileage and grip
  • Improved wet grip performance
  • Ideal for sport bikes that require increased mileage without sacrificing grip and traction
  • (W)-rated for speeds of 168+ mph

Just bought my 2ndset of these tires. I get close to 10k on these tires, handling is consistent throughout life of tire up until you hit the west indicators. Even after a trip from va.to New Mexico and back the tread didn’t flatten out near as much as other tires.. Moto Guzzi Norge GT.

My previous tires were diablo rosso iii’s, the angel gt’s are very similar. They take slightly longer to wam up, but the grip seems nearly identical. The longevity of the angel gt over the diablo rosso iii is what sold me on them.

    Performance and Style

2016 Z1000 So far got 50 miles on these. Rode in 50 degree fahrenheit weather. Pretty sticky, got on throttle about 75% of the line, no slipping. Love the look of these. Not the best for Rain, get Michelin Pilot Sport 4 tires if riding in rain most of the time. BUT for the money, performance and looks, these are the best in my opinion.
