Good Tire. Sad to see it discontinued.
Awesome tire. Holds a line well and heats up pretty quick. also wears pretty quick. I was able to get about 1 season of riding. 2020 Speed Triple RS. Daily commuter and weekend mountain road blasts. 6-8k miles a season.

PIRELLI DIABLO ROSSO CORSA II REAR TIRES
Best tire ever, I love Pirelli RC II. It's the best street you can buy and also a really good track for the middle of the pack intermediate rider.

Great tire
Great tire for off season trackdays and spirited street riding. Watch it doesn't freeze. Stg is awesome as always!

Grips Better Because Brian Van Sold Them to Me
I ran these tires my CBR1000RR years ago and they were grippy & confidence inspiring. When deciding to replace the tires on my R1M, I thought about going to the Michelin, but my gut kept telling me to go with the Pirelli. Compounded by the fact Brian Van sold them to me only adds to the grip.

Diablo Corsa II rear tire
Replaced Diablo Corsa Rossa rear tire. Same sticky adherence to the road. Lean grip equal or better to stock Ducati tires.

Pirelli Diablo Rosso Corsa II tires
Simply the best street/track tire on the market right now. Decent wear characteristics with enough grip to run A group pace at a track day.

I’m worried to try anything else
My bike came with these from the factory and I’ve only ever used the same thing to replace them, so now I’m kinda feeling stuck in that I don’t want to switch to a less grippy tire and lose confidence in the corners. I do wish the center was a slightly harder compound as I usually only get about 3-3,500miles on a rear tire

Amazing tires. Read my review on the front.
I wrote a review of all of the characteristics and impressions of this tire. STG doesn't have a single product page for front and rear, so go check out my review over on the page for the front tires. TLDR; They're amazing.

Pirelli Corsa 2
This rear is replacing a Michelin Power RS, which is an awesome tire in terms of grip and stability and only lacked tip in feel which is where the Pirelli Corsa 2 shines in comparison. These tires actually reminded me of a lot of the Dunlop Q3+'s easy tip in. But these pick up where the Dunlops lack with a triple compound rear And dual compound front with of course the black carbon shoulders so they just feel planted when leaned over on that section on rubber. This is my first set of Pirelli Rubber and I must say I am very impressed and think they designed a solid hypersport tire. Of course, you are going to pay a little more for them but I truly they hit on all the great points a hypersport tire should have, longevity, tip in feel, and sticky shoulder rubber.
