Pit Bull Spooled Forward Handle Rear Stand

I used one of these for years. A couple of years ago, I sold my street bike to focus on dirt. So I sold my stands. Big mistake. Now I have another street bike, and I needed stands. But with my earlier experience with this stand, there was no doubt what to buy. It's easy to get the bike on the stand, since I can stand next to it and hold the handlebar with one hand while jockeying the stand into place with the other. Yeah, I'm not completely uncoordinated, and I can hold up the bike while using a conventional rear stand, but this is so much easier. Standing next to the bike, I have so much leverage that there is zero chance of dropping the bike. It's a very well-designed stand. And quality? It's a Pitbull. Almost nothing short of a nuclear weapon can damage these things. They're overbuilt. I have 100% confidence in the strength of the stand. It works well, too, with good leverage to lift the bike. Finally, the quality is obvious. The welds are clean, everything is nicely finished, etc. This is the best rear stand available, in my opinion.

Was looking to get a pitbull stand but pretty much none of the online retailers carry them anymore! Didn't want to buy it through but I'll because they have a month of lead time and charge for shipping. Called up STG and apparently Brian has a special relationship with Pitbull and can still sell them over the phone and via email and lucky for me, they had 1 left in stock! Was able to use my STG cash, get free shipping, and had the stand delivered within 4 days!! This is the first time using a forward handle stand and it took some time to set up but it works really well now that the height and width are adjusted to fit my bike. The forward handle makes it much easier to get my bike up on the stand. It does require quite a bit of force to get my 500lb bike up but it's at least easier to position while holding my bike upright.

This is the first stand I’ve used and been super satisfied with it. It’s very easy to use. I’ve opt for a reputable rear stand because it’s an investment for the motorcycle itself, I don’t want to find it fallen over due to a weak stand. The shipping from sport bike track gear was super fast. I received the item wrapped in bubble wrap, inside a box. The stand is one solid piece with the exception of the spool adapters. Quality looks good. Lifts the bike easily.

This is certainly easier to use than a rear handle stand when you are single handed as you can stand next to the bike to hold it vertical while pushing down on the forward handle. You do have to adjust it to raise the bike enough so that the rear tire clears the crossbar. You also have to make sure that the forward handle clears the side stand if you have it down. It just barely clears on my bike.
