ProGrip is the way to go
Got the transparent one, it looks great and helps keep the bike looking sleek. Also protects really well while still allowing you to slide your body right and left without grabbing (unlike the Snake Skin, which I have and love as lateral tank grips, but damn I hate the feel of the Snake Skin on the center of the tank). I figured, for both track and street, ProGrip tank pad on the center and Snake Skin tank grips on the side is the best combo!

Great tank pad
good, a bit smaller than expected and the carbon fiber pattern is more grey than black. I would get it again!
