Designed specifically for the Ducati Desert, the Touring screen is inspired by the Dakarian Cagivas Elefant from the 1990s, providing more aerodynamic protection without sacrificing an attractive retro rally aesthetic.
Its studied design together with its larger dimensions compared to the original screen allows the rider to receive less air pressure, going from 6.7kg to 2.8kg, which represents a 57% improvement that is reflected in greater riding comfort. and a reduction in fatigue.
The wider upper part than the original provides more protection in the shoulder area and prevents annoying turbulence. The lower lateral shapes have been designed to deflect the air that would impact the rider's hands, optimizing the aerodynamics of the motorcycle-window assembly.
The lower area of the screen is painted to hide the interior wiring, showing off a more discreet and classic gradient than the original that blends better with the bike.
A 2.0 multi-adjustable visor can be installed to provide extra protection, adjustable according to the height and preferences of the rider.
The Puig Touring screen is available in clear, light smoked and dark smoked.
