Racer Hi-Per Gloves

As a 53-year-old dad who has a son who rides all you want is for them to be safe and protected as best as possible. I watched the videos with Brian and Max on these gloves, and after talking with Max about them I decided to buy my son (23-year-old) a pair of 2XL (based off size chart and video). And, what really sold me was the fact that Max has taken more than one spill in them and is still wearing the same pair. If Brian didn't trust Racer gloves, he would not allow his son to wear them nor sale them and that's gospel enough for me. As a consumer why would you not buy something that is battle tested! Now, after giving my son his gloves he rode about two hours or so in them over two days. When I asked him what he thought his words via text were "Wore my gloves the whole time and loved every minute." He just has to get use to that type of glove compared to gloves with little to no protection he bought elsewhere. If you are looking to buy items watch the videos. If you still have questions, call them. They are more than happy to discuss with you all options and get you what you need...and if it still doesn't work, their return process is super simple. Just participated in my first track day with these gloves. Fit me perfect right out of the plastic bag. No stiffness, interference with controls, or bulkiness (SP?). Recommend one contacts STG staff for experienced sizing recommendations.

I was blown away by the lack of resistance and ease of movement in these gloves! Nothing like the usual brands that have tightness here or a pad that irritates there and you imagine how they might break in… these need no break in!! My first day riding to work I figured I would analyze them in all aspects. Next thing I know I arrived and totally forgot I was wearing gloves! BTW the thin kangaroo leather works my iPhone with screen protector on, but only the flat smooth finger pad areas. L

These are by far the best gloves I've used so far. For me they took about 2 hours of riding to finally break in. They fit perfectly and are super comfortable which allows me to be super smooth with my inputs without my hands cramping up towards the end of a 20 minute session. Definitely try these if you haven't found a glove that fits you yet

Rode the gloves for a year. No real break-in required. Super comfy although the fingers are a tad on the long side for me, but I'm used to it now. Look pretty good as well despite the big RACER logo which looks a bit goofy. Had a get off recently where I mainly slid on my back/butt and put my palms down to brace. The sliders on the palm did their job and show some wear now. The hide on the palm is super thin and separated form the slider, but the protection underneath held. Several finger tips blew out at the seam despite never touching the track. I think this area could be reinforced. I sewed them back together to get some more wear out of the gloves. Walked away from that one with zero injury to hands despite the glove damage. Overall, I like them. Maybe now that STG has an ownership interest in the operation it could offer a crash replacement policy or offer some discount for crash replacement??

Gloves provide more flexibility than other brands and are comfortable out of the gate. Club raced in them the first day of use and best gloves I have used for feel and my hands stayed cooler than other gloves I have used for racing.

Had many of gloves over the years.These are by far the best for me. Fit is perfect. feel even better.

I thought I'd give these gloves a go as they looked decent from pics. Man am I impressed. The quality is outstanding and the leather is super soft/pliable. After just two sessions they feel like they're custom made to my hand. Sensitivity is great and protection over the knuckles and ulna are solid. Take a bit of prying to get off since they fit so well. I anticipate they will hold up a long time but as soon as these wear out I'm ordering another pair. Highly recommend. Customer service from STG was great also. These were back ordered and I was kept in the loop the entire time. Good job.
