Great chain for the price point
I came in to STG to get a stock Vortex kit. However it was not available so Joe helped me to piece a chain and sprocket seet together using Driven sprockets and RK Chain. This was my first chain DYI replacement having to cut the chain to length. It was a great experience and Brian's Chain replacement videos were a huge help making this upgrade easy and assuring. not only that but was able to drop to a 520 pitch instead of the 525 stock pitch giving me a small drop in weight of all the new parts! Thanks again STG!

Great Chain
I have used these chains before. RK 520 Max X. This chain will far outlast your aluminum rear sprocket. I happen to have the RK chain rivet tool also. This makes riveting the chain almost hard to mess up. Always use the rivet whenever possible, stay clear of the clip. It's just not worth the risk. I love the natural finish. Looks very oem.

520 Chain
Absolutely amazed with this chain and sprocket kit for my Ninja 650R. The customer service from the company is top notch and the quality of these parts well exceeded my expectations. I’ve put quite a few miles on the bike one the days since i did the upgrade and the difference is more than noticeable. Falling in love with the Ninja 650R all over again. I couldn’t be happier with the gains I’ve seen. 10/10!

Best chain ever used
I bought this as a package with steel front and rear sprocket and it's made of good material. You'll never go wrong with this. I bought this as a kit (14teeth front and 45 teeth rear for 2016 R6). It was easy DIY with STG videos and it fits 100% like stock. Bike performance has been top so far with RK 520 golden chain. I did have to cut down like 4-5 links to make it fit but it was easy installation. Golden color is best and price was unbeatable with other competitors. It was my first purchase with STG and it went smooth. Arrived before expected date.
