Amazing Pants
Fit: I'm 5'11, 205 lbs. Muscular type build. 36 inches at the hips, 34.5 inches at the waist. 24 inch thighs, 16 inch calves, and my inseam from crotch to ankle bone is about 30.5 inches. I ordered a 54 and overall they fit well. I'd say the waist is spot on, the thighs are a tiny bit tight, but they stretch enough in the legs that it's not a problem. Lengthwise they are about half an inch longer than I'd prefer, but totally workable. They're a tiny bit loose in the knee area. Calf area is perfect. Quality: 10/10 - Right there with the very best Comfort: 8/10 - They seem to be designed for slightly taller, more slender body types which is very common in the superbike world. But they offer enough flex in the correct places that it's hardly an issue. Overall: 9/10 - These pants are amazing and I'm really glad I was able to grab a set while I still could. It seems as though RS Taichi either stopped producing, or stopped importing a lot of their products to the US. They're getting exceedingly difficult to find. Buy them while you can.

Quality As Always From RS Taichi
Great leather pants that offer great protection with good air flow and fit. I'm 5'7" around 155 lbs and wear a 48 Euro/ M Japan, which gives me a race fit. I tried the M Wide Japan originally but they were a little bigger than a comfort fit. The leather is nice and soft which makes these feel broke-in right off the bat. Pair these with the Arrow jacket and you have a great 2 piece suit for the canyons or track. There are only two small complaints on these pants. One is having only a zipper in the fly area. Two is the adjustment straps a very close to the circumference zip which makes it a little more difficult to attach the jacket. Other than those two small issues these are great pants to use in a 2 piece suit. If you already have the Arrow jacket I highly recommend picking up these pants.

OUTSTANDING LIKE ALL TAICHI
OK 45 YEARS IN THE SADDLE I KNOW WE ALL LOVE TO WEAR FULL 1 PIECE RACE SUIT, BUT NO MATTER WHAT YOU SAY OR THINK MOST ALL OF OUR RIDES ARE IN THE CANYONS OR ON THE STREETS, MOUNTAINS, COASTLINES, DESERTS WHEN YOUR IN YOUR 50'S FORGET IT FOLKS YOU NEED ROOM & COMFORT SO 2 PIECE IS THE REALITY OF LIFE. I HAD MY TAICHI RACE SUIT 5 YEARS AGO IT WAS INSANE SMALL IN THE CROTCH WAY SHORT IN THE LEG & IMPOSSIBLE TO STAND EVEN CLOSE TO VERT. SO THESE PANTS I DECIDED MAYBE THE ANSWER, MAYBE TAICHI HAVE RE- ENGINEERED TO A MORE WEST BODY TYPE (american west folks! not skinny euro either, alpinestars are your bet) I GAVE IT A GO & ANSWER/ >> ((YES))! THESE ARE WELL THOUGHT OUT STILL SHORT IN THE CROTCH BUT I GOT 2 SIZE UP & WALA, GREAT! NO MORE HERNIA PAIN, NO MORE MEDICINE BALL STOMACH LEANING OVER THAT TANK, (damn it sucks gett'n old!) GOOD LAYOUT ON PADS, NICE INTERIOR LINER, NICE ADJUSTABLE WAIST! ( love my beer!) nice stretchable material in the right places excellent leather quality. small negatives> 1) back panel should be a little higher up (photo looked more like what I wanted. Allows jacket to stay over your tailbone for when you don't want to deal with the waist zipper attach. (which is always.) 2) zipper end for liner should have a small piece or tab that covers it it does dig in a bit on left lower stomach, easily fixed at my leather shop. THAT'S IT REALLY HAS NO OTHER DRAWBACKS, IM A 36-37 WAIST 5-10 188 I WENT TO 58/48 US/EURO GIVES ME THE ROOM I WANT, THE COMFORT I REALLY WANT. LATER & KEEP THE RUBBER SIDE DOWN

Best leather pants ever!
I had been searching for a 2 pc leather suit for over a year. I tried the Alpinestars and AGV brands but found out the are made for the slender built types. Being a stocky built, weightlifting type, I could not fit into their suits even after upsizing. The RS Taichi Arrow pants and jacket are a great fit and I'm looking forward to riding in them this year. On paper, I am a 54 Euro but had issues getting the pants over my thighs and the jacket was a bit too tight so I went to the 56 Euro and everything is great. Best part of the entire deal is the fantastic STG customer service! I requested to return the 54 Euro and reordered the 56 Euro a day later. STG had my new order on my doorstep even before my returned package hit theirs. I even had a phone call from one of the guys telling me the details of my authorized return and what to do next. Doesn't get any better than that!

Great Pants!
I purchased a pair of the GMX Arrow pants in size 54 Euro in black and white color to go with my black and white GMX Motion jacket. They look great together. The size was just right for my 5-8, 193 lbs. The zipper connection to the pants works well and is easy to connect while wearing the suit. It's so much more comfortable and convenient than a 1-piece suit at a track day, to be able to take the jacket off for classroom sessions and lunch! It also allows better fitting if you need a different size jacket - mine is 52 Euro. The quality is excellent and allows easy movement on the bike. The ventilation is good as well. Recommended! STG shipping was very fast - the package arrived at my Houston residence in 2 days, before I even received the email that it had shipped!

A worthy successor
Having owned the 2010, 2012 and now the Arrow version of the GMX jacket and pant combinations, I've got over 80-thousand miles of experience with these on three separate sportbikes. The Arrow pants have an improved fit through the knee, and otherwise are very similar with one big difference- the second generation GMX Motion pants have a Velcro tab over the fly zipper- the Arrow pants have none. After 20-thousand miles on two sport bikes the Arrow pants have no problems, but I still would prefer the security (and strain relief on the zipper) of having the Velcro tab.
