1. Second Pair
I ordered this pair to replace another pair of the sam eitem. I put over 75000 miles on the old pair and finally the nylon stretch velcro closure had started to fray. These are very lightweight, but they protected my knees when I went down on some hail at about 30mph. I like to have my armor tight to my knees instead of in pockets of my riding jeans where they can shift around easier. These are virtually identical to my old pair (now I have 2 sets of the armor) except they have a better placement inside the nylon leg wrap. I've worn these in all weather and highly recommend them.
