Just What I Wanted
Got the short-cuff RST TracTech’s when STG started offering the brand. Those have been perfect for me, so when temperatures started dropping I ordered these RST S-1 gloves. Fit is similar to the TracTech, though I think the break-in period will be slightly longer. That said, hopped on the bike when these arrived and these gloves worked great right out of the box. No discomfort, no lack of tactile feel, and no cold air freezing my hands or running up my sleeves. One note: The palms are quite grippy, so take that into account on your first rides as you get used to these. I’ve owned (and still own) a lot of gloves, and RST is my go-to now for comfort and performance per dollar spent.

Nice gloves
I needed a new pair of winter/rain gloves and I'm glad I stepped up to the S-1 gloves instead of RST's cheapest waterproof pair. These are plenty warm in 30°+ weather and keep my hands mostly dry in heavy PNW rain. They fit true to size and are really comfortable. I wish the gauntlet was a little longer as a small bit of water can seep in through the top. Otherwise, they're hard to beat for the price and I'd make the same purchase again.
