1. Overpriced Eye Candy
I bought this after watching the install video here on Sportbike Track Gear. The kit I got didn't replace all or any of the plastic "Y" pieces like the one in the video did and several of the pieces were too short to use. In my kit the pieces were of obvious lengths so one couldn't get confused with another although I did try to switch them around to make the best of it but it didn't work. So now I have half my hoses from the kit and the other half still stock at the wopping price of $300+ dollars. After the pain in the rear of getting to some of the hoses not to mention the cost of already filling my system with water wetter I am not going to remove them to return it. just be forewarned in my opinion its not worth the cost.. I also have not noticed any difference in temperature on my bike either from stock hoses with water wetter to these hoses with water wetter. waste of time and money.. but they do look nice. I am very very disappointed and I do NOT recommend these to anyone else, unless you have money to burn... if you are ordering for a 06-07 CBR1000RR, order two kits then so you can cut the longer hoses to make the hoses you need to replace the ones that are too short so you can completely replace all hoses on your bike.
