Pathetic sound, good connectivity.
I purchased a top o the line Bluetooth intercom and the right speaker crackles under the lowest volume even with voices! I feel a bit ripped off honestly. Had I known the speakers were so tinny and honestly garbage, I would have bought a completely different device. The audio has zero depth and is not audible while riding since it crackles and does not include mid range or bass signals. If you plan to stream music you would be better off looking elsewhere. The music range is not full. The audio sounds like it is coming in over a mono AM radio from 1930. The Bluetooth works good though. I need to spend another $100 to get reasonable helmet speakers that work. The headset often, multiple times a ride, tries to active the intercom while my hands are on the bars, gremlins, and yes it set to the least sensitive setting. I’ll probably just send it back and keep my money.

don't like it , confusing setup and my partner was not even 1/4 mile away from me and we lost connection , radio is hard to control , if I could would return this and get my money back

Best riding investment besides gear.
I originally started out with the Sena SMH10R, which I liked for it's sleek design. I fell in love with Sena so much that I upgraded to their Sena 20S model and I will never go back. The amount of functions and things you can do with only a few physical buttons is amazing, the quality is beyond awesome, the AM/FM radio works like a charm. The Sena 20S is a must buy!
