It is true....
It is true about what people say about this visor, it doesn't latch, tried everything from oiling the small plastic piece to slightly sanding it, it just won't latch. So what I had to do was to cut few mm on the visor latch, than it properly was latching. Yes, it's true. You would think Shoei would test these, NOPE, they're just stamping these out without testing.

Perfect replacement shield
We purchased two of these for our Shoei Neotec helmets. Replaced our original scratched shields. worked perfectly. So nice to have a clear shield again. STG had the best price around for these shields.
