Shoei RF-1200 Helmet Replacement Cheek Pads

A must for alot of medium size buyers. The original 35 size cheeks that come with the helmet are much too tight. The 31s are great and easy to install. 3 snaps and 2 clips. Perfect fit.

I ordered a L and found the cheek pieces too snug so ordered the thinner pair. Great, now a perfect fit and much more comfortable. Nice that Shoei recognizes the need to custom fit helmets to differing head sizes and shapes.

stock medium was a bit tight for street riding . got the 31mm and its much more comfy but still not loose. i will put the stock ones back in for track days for that snug high speed fit

I have the RF-1200 Beacon in Med, and while it fit perfectly at the store, when I wore it multiple times it started to squeeze my head after a while. Also, when I would squint my eyes it would intensify the squeezing/ headache sensation. In addition it would scrape my cheeks when taking it off, putting it on.. no matter how careful or how wide I would pull on the straps. Honestly I considered just doing away with the helmet, until I discovered the helmet has different size cheek-pads that you can replace!! I ordered the 31mm ones, easily swapped them out with the original ones, and BOY did it make a huge difference! It's like a new helmet! I also got the center pad replacement in 5mm. Definitely recommend buying it! My head fits perfectly, no more squeezing, headaches or scraped cheeks for me!
