The Sidi Adventure 2 Gore-Tex Boots has retained the best of the original Sidi Adventure Gore-Tex Boot but comes with updates that take this touring boot to the next level. The Adventure 2 now has a full-height, 14-inch Gore-Tex gaiter and stretches to cover 3 more inches on the shaft so that the boot will remain waterproof even in water crossings. This boot incorporates additional stretch material at the back of the calf and other strategic areas resulting in a boot that will fit a wider variety of rider’s without sacrificing flexibility, walkability, dexterity, or comfort. Additionally, Sidi has increased the split-grain leather grip paneling on the inside calf and instep increasing comfort and feel while standing on the pegs. The Adventure 2 Gore-Tex Boots from Sidi also feature an updated ankle flex system, tongue-in-groove achilles protector, and other TPU safety updates that have resulted in a slimmer profile and better protection.

SIDI Adventure boots for real.
This is my 4th pair of SIDI Adventures boots. They last about 40,000 miles of swamps, mountains, and deserts before the leather starts to crack at the flex point at the ball of your foot. I smear Sno-Seal there to keep them running a while longer. They are the only “ waterproof “ item in my gear that is actually waterproof. I pre-walk water crossing and and climb hills to look for photo locations. I use these boots and have never been disappointed. So far 65 countries on the first 3 pairs. Pair 4 will do a lap around South America.

Sidi adv 2 boots
Fit and finish are good, ordered size 43(9.5). They fit good with regular socks, I still have to go for a ride, it’s winter where I live and the roads are a bit slick.
