The Servo Buddy is THE solution to the common problem of what to do about the factory exhaust valve and servo motor system. Completely eliminating the motor, valve, cables, etc. not only drops weight and frees up valuable space, but utilizing the Servo Buddy improves reliability by eliminating the common issue of the factory servo motor gears striping out, or the motor burning up. The Servo Buddy is a must-have when switching to an aftermarket exhaust, and even works great with the factory system.

THE ULTIMATE SOLUTION FOR AFTERMARKET EXHAUST INSTALLATION

The Servo Buddy by SkutrNet eliminates the hassle associated with removing the exhaust servo motor simplifying the process of installing an aftermarket exhaust. The Servo Buddy works by mimicking the servo motor so the computer thinks all is well with the exhaust circuit preventing the FI light from coming on due to exhaust faults while still keeping its functionality to warn you if anything else is wrong with the bike! Simply disconnecting the FI light or putting tape over it could mask potentially serious problems and lead to a damaged engine.

ENGINEERED FOR ALL RIDING CONDITIONS

SkutrNet's Servo Buddy is made to meet military or automotive standards ensuring it will work from the street to the racetrack and everywhere in between. The Servo Buddy uses OEM connectors to easily connect to your bike and weighs less than an ounce! The servo buddy allows you to remove the bulky servo motor eliminating unnecessary weight.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Install the Servo Buddy before turning your bike on to avoid a stored fault code.

Skutrnet Exhaust Buddy, Triumph Daytona 675 2013-17

It is really to early to make a full assessment of this product as I have only just fitted it. However it worked as it should with no problems. I have noticed people complaining about the engine check light being on for a long time, 12 starts to clear it. With the Triumph, if you don't disconnect the battery, you should never leave the key in the ignition when doing anything that entails unplugging an item from the main electrical system. A good rule of thumb is never leave the key in when doing work on the bike.

    Expensive but works

It does seem a bit expensive for what it does, but I didn't want my check engine light on all the time with my full exhaust system. It does work, but note that it takes many trips to clear the fault if you don't have tool (or dealer) to clear codes.

    Great Product!

Bought this for my 2016 Triumph 675R after I installed an Austin Racing exhaust. Because the slip on removed my servo my check engine light came on. And since a tune wouldn't have been enough I had to buy this product which works excellent to get that check engine light off. Would highly recommend if needed!
