1. Good Service, part missing
My factory original front brake line exploded, luckily I was not traveling fast and guided the bike easily to the side of the road. So I needed new lines. Spiegler Lines from SportBikeTrackGear fit perfectly. The lines looked well made and the lines, banjo bolts, washers and couple fit exactly, aligning perfectly with where the originals came off the bike. I called ahead to confirm my search for the lines with the guys at SBTG, they were helpful, clear and I felt confident in what I was ordering and in their service. The brake fluid and cleaner were a very nice touch, I was not expecting them. I thought it clearly demonstrated their commitment to having me be safe and a statement that they cared. The only issue I had was that the kit that I ordered did not have the 3 way couple. I called SBTG and they said that they would contact Speigler. The part arrived about 5 days later. The issue undoubtedly was with Speigler they just didn't put it in the kit, but a little disappointing no one checked it. It would have been nice to have had a time frame when I'd get it. I'd order from SBTG again with no hesitation, and I'd order Speigler brake lines - just hope someone would check the package next time. Over all a good experience...
