Important Note: If it does not say in the product specification ABS, than the line kit is not for an ABS model. All of our line kits are made to US-model specifications. If you have a non US model bike it is your responsibility to insure fitment. Spiegler Brake Lines 2019 MT09 Upgrade
STG you provide outstanding Customer Service, I took my Bike to the Local Yamaha Dealer since the Bike is Brand new, all the Racers at the local Track here in Miami, suggested that Brakes should be my 1st Upgrade and 90 % said Spiegler, so I did. My choice was STG why ? Because you provided videos that are detailed on the installation, you care about the end user. Today I tested my MT09 on the Training Roads that I regularly use, this provided a good comparison, my Trail Breaking was on point much better and the Breaks did not feel like mushy they were dialed in. The color selection is vast almost any combination can be done. The shipping was quick, not to mention the can of Brake Cleaner and EBC Brake Fluid this was above and beyond. Quality is absolutely awesome
I bought Galfer SS lines for my R6 and while they helped with feel, the design was garbage. Just used a 2x banjo off the master cylinder, which means I can't adjust my break lever angle the way I want. Spiegler is nothing like this. Not only do they have a kit for the R6 (which I plan to buy soon) that eliminates this design issue, the kit for my MT-09 was similarly bespoke. The ABS design is way more complicated that the R6, so it's very impressive that everything fits so well. Don't get me wrong, this is a pain in the rear job, but there's no way around it, even if you remove the ABS you'll still have to deal with all the hard lines and the ABS unit. The kit looks and feels perfect. I'll never buy anything but Spiegler again.
