All New for the 2016 Season we are proud to offer our New Premium Race Suit Base Layer. This undersuit uses top level lightweight mesh fabric main construction for the ultimate cooling effect possible to keep you cool and comfortable. For ease of use we have included a thumb hole in the cuff and stirrups at the bottom of each leg which allow you to get your race suit on with minimal effort while preventing the suit from bunching up as you slide the race suit on. We partnered with Cortech on this prodcut to ensure we delivered quality our riders can depend on.

Features:

  • Lightweight mesh, slim-fit designed undersuit
  • Quick-Dry and anti-bacterial polyester tricot mesh main body fabric
  • Soft Nylon/Spandex four-way stretch collar, lower back upper knee and calf panels for a comfortable, performance fit
  • Reinforced elbow panels
  • Stretch trimmed cuff with thumb hole and leg stirrups for a secure fit
  • Flat-Lock seams throughout for comfort and durability
  • YKK main zipper

Works well. The fit is a bit of an issue.

I'm using this suit under Alpinestars Atem V3 leathers. The leathers came with a zip-in liner that didn't work very well (Velcro always hangs up in weird places), so I bought this under suit. I went larger than I need according to the waist measurement, which is 36" in the LG suit. I'm an older guy, 6'-2", weigh about 175 lbs., 34" waist, long torso. The LG suit is a bit short in the legs and arms for me, so if this description fits you physically, you might want to opt for XL. (I'm sticking with the LG because I'm afraid the waist, thighs and arms will be a sloppier fit if I go with the XL.) The suit appears to be the same as the Cortech suit, but costs a fair amount less, so that's a real plus. My rating is based more on the sizing than on the quality of the suit itself -- the fit seems biased toward folks who are shorter and chunkier than me. Still, I can get in and out of my leathers much easier using this suit than I could with the liner provided by Alpinestars.

    One Piece Undersuit

Nice base layer for one piece suit on and off assistance. But rather flemsie as the shoulders tore a little first time off but will baby it more in the future, torn or not. If similar happens again will make choice on upgrade to Astars body suit. Get what you pay for again. $60 vs $180 wow keep on keeping on!

Purchased the suit to help with getting my leathers on and off. It doesn't really help, the mesh isn't slick. I'm 6'3, 235 muscular build. The stg rep said the XL would fit. It doesn't. The hand straps dig into my hands, too short and just putting on the suit you can hear it popping and tearing. It may cool fine, but it's not an aid to take the suit on and off. And the sizing and cut isn't right.

Wish this under suit cam in xxl. I'm 6'2" 215lbs athletic build . I wouldn't recommend this for anyone over 6' and 190lbs. They were out of stock on the cortech xxl (same suit ). Going to have the wife extend the thumb and foot stirrups on the sewing mach. to make it work
