The Vemar Zephir Helmet is the best helmet deal we have offered all year. I measure 58cm on the money with an intermediate oval shape and wear a medium in most helmets. The medium in the Vemar Zephir fits me very well, I would say it runs true to size. The fit and build quality of this helmet are both impressive.
