1. Vortex HFRS -1 +2 chain and sprocket kit FZ6R
All I can say is WOW! If I hadn't run into a few problems the installation would have been pretty easy. I rounded off a rear sprocket nut which took forever to get off without damaging the stud. I actually ordered a used hub off eBay, because I didn't think I'd get it off without damaging it. I also misaligned the link press on my motion pro PBR chain tool and pressed the links out the back. I had a spare link and pressed that one fine, but I didn't realize I needed to remove a link so chain was too long and I needed to break the chain again ruining the master link. So I ordered a few spares and while waiting decided to try pushing the roller pins back in and repressing since I didn't flare the rivet. Kept pushing the pins out and tried 2 times unsuccessfully. Well since I couldn't ride and didn't receive the links I tried one more time and was successful. So all that said, it was not related kit related issues, but I did have some issues. It was definitely a learning experience since I have never changed sprockets or a chain. BTW, the motion pro PBR tool is amazing and worth the money. I'll review that as well. The performance with these sprockets is amazing and the bike absolutely flies now. I also added a speedohealer and speedo is within 1 mph now (was off 6 mph over 60 before the sprocket upgrade so it would have been off considerably). Gas mileage will suffer a bit, but well worth it. I also changed my cams and vstacks so my bike makes much more power over stock already. Makes me feel good to know that I have done 100% of the work to my bike since buying it new in 2012. If you are on the fence, jump on this deal. Definitely get the chain tool though or you may need professional help. I get up to 60 in a blink now. I was blown away how much different the bike feels. Also shifts better now, probably due to higher revs. So if you're gonna get this I recommend the speedohealer or you'll be off more than 10 mph and the motion pro chain tool.
