NOTE: To retain functionality of the rear brake light, a brake light pressure switch (linked below) is required. These rearsets do not retain usage of the factory spring-operated brake light switch.
The Vortex V3 2.0 Yamaha R1 Rearsets offer an amazing amount of adjustability with their all new design. This kit includes a shifter mount bracket that replaces the OEM kickstand mount if your R1 is track only and you no longer need the kickstand. If you are riding your R1 on the street you can mount the shifter to the OEM kickstand bracket. Both Standard and GP Shift are possible with this kit without installing additional parts. An exhaust bracket is also included with this kit that will accept most any system that bolts up in the stock position.

CNC machined from solid billet aluminum; they are light, strong and offer an excellent range of adjustability which allow the rider to personalize the ergonomics of their motorcycle. Adjustability and Quality
great quality, easy to read instructions, and the amount of adjustability is by far none better than more sets i've used. If you want adjustability, these are one of the best. Note, you will need to buy the rear brake sensor kit if you want to keep the stock rear lights to go on still. That's all you need, no added spring required.

Great quality finish. The installation instructions and STG's great video made installation so easy. The product totally lived up to my expectations with a wide range of adjustment on the footpegs, brake & gear levers.

Great Value
These are very nice rearsets at a great price. I like the way adjustments are made and the overall quality. The single issue so far is there is no retainer spring for the brake lever, meaning there is a slight bit of rattle and play in the lever. This is from the very slight difference between the lever lynch pin on the master cylinder and the mating lever hole on the brake lever. I might try and get a spring on it.

As a tall person, being able to adjust the rearsets to fit my riding style has made a significant difference in confidence while riding on the track! A definite must for anyone on the track!

Great rearsets
The adjustability is excellent as is the quality. The pegs provide great grip but don’t appear to be so aggressively knurled that they will chew up the sole of your boots. I couldn’t be more pleased with them.

Vortex rear sets
A bit daunting when you first look at the directions and video. In reality much easier to install once you start doing it. Kit comes with everything you need,except lock tight, and no customization is required. I think the directions could have had steps instead of a diagram...but again it wasn't to difficult.
