All stands are the same right? Not exactly. Woodcraft interviewed top mechanics and asked them what they feel are the most important features in a stand. The overwhelming responses were: low lift effort, clearance for working, and wheel design (for ease of rolling and stability). Woodcraft incorporated these features into their full-range Woodcraft Wheel Stands, all proudly built in the USA.
3 DIFFERENT STANDS IN ONE
Woodcraft is excited to introduce their NEW rear stand for 2017! Their rear stand now comes in 3 options:
- Pad, for bikes without spools/hooks (this stand)
- Spool, using standard round spools
- Superbike Lifter, using low profile hooks for aerodynamics and durability
Additional adapters are available for purchase separately and are not included with this stand.
The laser etched, removable uprights allows you to swap between stands in less than ten seconds and they make transport life much easier for you.
STABILITY
Woodcraft stands provide the highest standard in the Industry for our stand wheels. NEW QUAD 5" wheels are unmatched for both stability and their ability to roll smoothly over rough surfaces.
STRONGER, LIGHTER
1.5" OD base handle allows you lift the stand with low physical effort without sacrificing stability or work space.
INTEGRATED AXLE AND HARDWARE HOLDERS
Keep your axle and hardware off the floor and from rolling around in the dirt.
INTEGRATED RADIAL MOUNT CALIPER HANGERS
Keep brake calipers from dangling and pressure off of them during wheel changes.
NEW KEY FEATURES:
- Adjustable Lift Height for easier wheel changes and lower lift effort
- 10 Second Removable Uprights easier transport - take up less room in the truck
- Integrated Axle & Hardware Holders keep your parts out of the dirt
- Quad 5" inch wheels for smoother rolling and more stability

Great Stand for Several Types of Bike
This is a well-built, light, low profile stand that is super solid. I have a vintage Triumph sport bike that won't take spools. This thing fits perfectly and is really easy to use. It is also great for bikes that should have spools. So one stand to tackle most bikes makes it well worth the extra $ over the cheaper options.

Woodcraft
Bought the front stand, had to buy the rear too. Woodcraft quality is 110%. Deff worth the money, you can feel how sturdy the stand is and all the little features it has is just cherry on top.

Well made
Having a pad stand to lift my bike is a great feature. No need to attach a spool to the rear wheel. Quality is top notch and the adjustable arms allows you to adjust it for your bike. I highly recommend the Woodcraft Adjustable Rear Pad Stand. A+

Just Buy It
I made the mistake of buying a mungrel brand cheapo rear lift fifteen years ago and have been cursing it the whole time. So I decided to retire it and buy the Woodcraft pad style because not all the bikes I have are set up with spool mounts. What a beautiful piece of artwork. It is very well made and can be adjusted so that the rear tire comes only about an inch off the floor. This makes lifting the bike ridiculously easy. Once in the air, the stand doesn't flex at all. And there are four big beautiful wheels solidly mounted. I love it. Also, the round pad design fits in better around the brake line and ABS wires. When you watch the video of the owner pulling on the cheap stands to show how they bend its all true. There's no bending the Woodcraft. This stand will last a lifetime so if you average out the cost over decades it makes no sense at all to buy nothing but the best. Plus...Made In USA. Just buy one. The service and quick shipping along with tracking numbers from STG can't be beat. In fact I'm going to go out right now to lift my bike for no other reason than because it's now a fun thing to do.

High Quality Build
What do I think of this stand? I bought a second one for my second bike. The first bike stands I purchased for my bikes were some cheap ones from a different retailer. After putting it together and getting a good look at it, I didn't even dare put my Ducati on it. I bought a pair of Woodcrafts, and today (12/17/2017) I tried them out. The build quality of these stands is top notch. Welds look good, and once you put the uprights in place, put in the pins, and close the clamps, It feels like one piece. I put the Ducati up on the stands. Nice and stable

Top notch
Just got this stand, my bike is an older Ducati 900 SS so I needed a stand with pads/rollers as I don't have swing arm spools. Initial impression: this is a well designed, solid stand with thick tubing, I love the adjustable height. What surprised me the most was how easy it was to lift the bike, it only required 25% of the effort of an older stand I'd been using. I highly recommend this stand.
