High end piece. Perfect. Includes gasket but not flange bolts. The stainless steel skid plate is half the thickness of the aluminum plate. Important if you want the look. The build quality is MANY times better than OEM.

I was originally going to buy an OEM replacement, but I'm glad I got the Woodcraft cover instead. The build quality is excellent, the price is almost identical to a factory part, and fitment was perfect.
