This race proven slipper clutch works for both road race and flat track use. We use the Yoyodyne Slipper Clutches in most of our STG race/track bikes. When installing this clutch in the Yamaha R7 you will need to also purchase a Yamaha FZ-07/MT-07 clutch kit as this clutch will not allow reuse of the OEM Yamaha R7 clutch stack.
